What Happens once a Claim is Tendered

Once your tender is received, your submission is reviewed and is then assigned to an Examiner. The Examiner contacts you by telephone and also sends you a brief letter advising that the submission has been received.

The Examiner will undertake an investigation, and, if required, defense will be provided.
